Current and Future Services

With our new facility, we are heading toward our goal of becoming a full service hospital What services we cannot provide for you at our current facility can be provided at specialty hospitals and the emergency clinic.

With the latest equipment added to our in-house laboratory, we can now perform complete blood counts, full chemistry panels, thyroid tests, electrolye and blood gas panels, cardiac enzyme, diagnositc ECG's, urinalysis, fecal exams, cytology, among many other tests.  Our associations with 5 state of art diagnostic laboratories across the US allow us to do any laboratory test that is out there: including Avian sexing by DNA, Rabies titer testing, and even testing for unusual and rare diseases.

We are very excited to announce that we will be going digital on our xrays as soon as possible. The arrangements have been made-- we just need to get into our new space and get the installation done.  We will be the only clinic in Canal Fulton and Jackson Township with this service and believe it will allow us greater diagnostic capabilities-- especially because the digital films can be instantly shared with radiologists for interpretation if need be.

We also have digital video microscopy, diagnostic ultrasound and telemedicine capabilities, and all the equipment needed for fully monitored anesthesia and surgery. We will be able to hospitalize patients and provide treatment and intermittent monitoring while we are closed, though patients requiring constant monitoring should be transferred to an intensive care or specialty clinic like Stark Vet. Emergency Clinic or Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital.
