Dillie, the Mascot of Elm Ridge Animal Hospital, is a farm-born deer, NOT A WILD DEER.  We urge everyone to understand that taking a deer from the wild is illegal in Ohio. If you find a fawn in the wild, please leave it alone .  Mother deer let their fawns lay in the grass or woods by themselves while they go look for food.
